On the way to Manuel Antonio National Park, you will travel along the coastline enjoying scenic views. Once we enter the park: For those who want to take the guided walk in the park, your naturalist guide will help you identify the species of plants and wild animals of the forest, those who just want to enjoy a day at the beach can walk along the path leading into the park heading towards the white sands of Playa Espadilla. You can simply relax and enjoy the beach, sunbathe or walk along the park's trails, which will allow you to observe the abundant flora and fauna. Time spend into the park to enjoy the natural beauty of this beach is around 3 hours and a half. Lunch at a local restaurant after leaving the park and return to the Central Valley after sunset.
