About This Experience

Experience one of Costa Rica's most joyful wellness activities: Goat Yoga by the River at DreamTreeXP. Nestled in the jungle, this playful one-hour private class invites you to stretch and breathe while gentle goats roam freely around you.

Led by a certified bilingual instructor, the class focuses on gentle poses and mindful movement, perfect for all ages and skill levels. Expect laughter, spontaneous goat cuddles and Instagram-worthy moments.

Afterward, enjoy fresh juice and a snack under the trees. Mats are provided. Take in the stunning views of nature as you stretch.

What to Bring/Wear: comfortable clothes, closed-toe shoes (open-toe prohibited), water, sunscreen, insect repellent, jacket/poncho and a camera.

Enjoy an hour long Yoga class in our outdoor magical setting overlooking the ponds and in front of the famous Arenal Volcano. Practice yoga with the presence of our gentle loving goats. The idea is that the presence of animals can help improve your mental health, as animals, especially goats are said to offer a calming presence and ease the feeling of anxiety. Let our baby goats and momma goats help you become one with nature. Before or after you are welcome to love, feed and take pics with our goats. Tour includes: Bilingual Certified Yoga Instructor, Entrance fee to the reserve. What to Bring/Wear: Hiking shoes/No open toe shoes allowed, Water, Sunscreen, Poncho/Rainjacket, Sunscreen, Smartphone/Camera & Bug Spray.
